BUGFIX

Usage Reports State Measurement Units, Laying Out Charts and Project Shares

Whenever you need to track development spending from a usage report, isolated numbers lacking units can be frustrating.

Now token (units for AI processing and billing) breakdowns have moved out of the collapsed appendix and sit directly behind the tools section. Cache (temporarily saved results reused directly) hit rates are displayed right alongside, eliminating the need to expand the appendix. Daily charts clearly mark the peak usage date and the first day of each month, with coordinate ticks using cleaner interval values. Weekly rows list date ranges, while project hotspots now include a share percentage column and an 'Other Projects' row. Numbers in the dispatch ledger and peak usage patterns now explicitly state what is being measured.

FEATURE

Usage Older Than 30 Days Is Automatically Retained, Backed Up Regularly in the Background

If you rarely generate usage reports, checking project spending at month's end often reveals that early data has already been purged.

Claude Code deletes conversation history after 30 days by default, and usage previously saved long-term data only when generating reports. Now, the menu bar and Windows system tray apps save the last 45 days of records in the background every 6 hours, automatically filling in missing dates in reports. Backfilled days count toward totals, trends, tools, and projects, but do not count toward session totals. Because details have been purged, these backfilled days do not calculate token (units for AI processing and billing) composition. Cache (temporarily saved results reused directly) hit rates from that time are also excluded. When moving to a new computer in the future, remember to migrate the ~/.usage/ directory as well.

BUGFIX

Antigravity Caches Group Lists, Preventing Toggle Buttons from Randomly Failing

When switching between model groups in Antigravity, you might occasionally encounter a frustrating issue where the button simply will not click.

Previously, whenever quota (the limit on available resources) data missed a model group, the card was left without switching options for a full 5 minutes. Now, groups that appeared within the last 30 minutes are retained in cache (a mechanism to temporarily store computed or queried results) to prevent the button from failing. If quota truly drops to a single group, all popovers and the Windows system tray automatically hide the toggle button. Your previously selected group is still remembered by the system, and switching is immediately restored once both model groups return.

Original changelog

Original changelogUsage Reports State Measurement Units, Laying Out Charts and Project Shares
**The usage report explains its numbers instead of leaving units to guess.** Token composition and cache hit rate now sit in a visible section after tools rather than the collapsed appendix. The daily chart labels the peak's date, marks month starts and uses rounder axis steps; weekly rows show their date range; project hotspots add a share column and an "Other projects" row; the dispatch ledger and persona peak state what their numbers count.
Original changelogUsage Older Than 30 Days Is Automatically Retained, Backed Up Regularly in the Background
**Reports keep usage older than 30 days even if you rarely open them.** Claude Code deletes transcripts after 30 days by default, and usage only saved its long-term history when a report was built. The menu bar and Windows tray apps now save the last 45 days every 6 hours in the background, and reports fill days missing from transcripts from that saved history. Filled days count toward totals, trends, tools and projects, but not sessions, token composition or cache hit rate. When moving to a new computer, copy `~/.usage/` as well.
Original changelogAntigravity Caches Group Lists, Preventing Toggle Buttons from Randomly Failing
**The Antigravity group toggle no longer stops working.** When one quota response skipped a model group, the card had nothing to switch to for five minutes. A group seen in the last 30 minutes is now kept. When the quota really has only one group, every panel and the Windows tray hide the toggle, and your group choice is kept for when both return.
