心電圖面板字級對齊其他主題，專案明細不再偏小
當你切換到心電圖面板追蹤用量時，專案清單與底部的文字讀起來更協調了。
以前在這個主題中，專案名稱、token（AI 處理與計費的文字單位）數、金額、專案動作按鈕、狀態列、今日金額與頁尾按鈕，字級原本都比平常小了 1 到 3px。這些文字放在大號額度讀數下方時顯得很突兀，現在心電圖面板的專案用量與頁尾字級已調回正常大小，與其他主題保持一致。

ECG popover font sizes align with other themes so project details are no longer undersized
When you switch to the ECG popover to track usage, text across the project list and bottom section now reads with greater visual balance.
Previously in this theme, project names, token counts, costs, project action buttons, the status bar, today's total, and footer buttons were all 1 to 3px smaller than usual. That text looked out of place beneath the large quota readout, but project usage and footer font sizes in the ECG popover have now been restored to their standard scale, staying consistent with all other themes.

Bring the Heart Monitor panel's project list and footer text up to the size every other theme uses. Project names, token counts, costs, the project actions, the status strip, today's total and the footer buttons were 1–3px smaller and looked out of place under the large quota readouts.
