Quota cards drop the ugly blank gaps and stop clipping project lists
When using certain interface panels, your projects list at the bottom will no longer get mysteriously chopped off, and the Codex quota card (the section displaying your remaining usage limits) won't leave an ugly blank gap anymore. Previously, the "Cloud Observation", "Aquarium", "Prism Arcade", and "Black Hole" panels rigidly pinned every quota card to a fixed two-row height. Whenever Codex only reported weekly rate limits, the unneeded Session (single conversation) row correctly hid itself, but the outer frame of the card in these four panels stubbornly refused to shrink. Meanwhile, the overall popover (the small floating window that appears when clicked) had already automatically reduced its total height by one row. This mismatch left a blank band inside the Codex card while shoving the projects card at the very bottom right out of the window frame. Now, the cards in these four panels know how to flexibly collapse along with the missing row, matching the behavior of the other five panels; and naturally, the original two-row layout remains perfectly intact when both rows of data are present. It's like a rigid double-decker lunchbox — previously, even if it only held a single boiled egg, the box still took up two tiers of space, leaving a huge empty gap inside while pushing the fruit at the bottom out of your tote bag. Now, it's been replaced with a collapsible silicone container that automatically flattens down one tier to save space when holding less, while still standing tall when fully packed.
