FEATURE

AI roles fully upgraded, and the menu bar saves battery when hidden

All 69 roles in the AI Talent Market have been completely overhauled. Their underlying prompts are now tightly structured with XML tags, clear tool-usage guidelines, and contrastive "good vs. bad" examples, making the agents noticeably more reliable in conversation. Because the role library is bundled directly inside the app, updating to this version instantly gives you the upgrades. Also, the menu bar now polls much less frequently when you aren't looking at it: the background refresh stretches from 60 seconds to 300 seconds when the popover is closed, instantly snapping back and refreshing the moment you open it. This significantly cuts down idle CPU wakeups to save battery, but file-driven updates are untouched, so your pinned numbers stay just as live. It's like a department store sending all 69 of its clerks to premium service training, and turning down the AC when no one is shopping but blasting it instantly the moment you walk in—saving energy without sacrificing the experience.

Original changelogAI roles fully upgraded, and the menu bar saves battery when hidden
**AI Talent Market: full role-library refresh** — all 69 role prompts are restructured (XML-tagged sections, explicit tool guidance, contrastive good/bad examples) for noticeably more reliable in-conversation behavior, across the now 22 packs / 69 roles. The library ships inside the .app bundle, so this update is the way to get it.
**The menu bar polls less when you're not looking**: the fallback refresh timer stretches from 60s to 300s while the popover is closed, and snaps back (with an immediate refresh) the moment it opens. File-change-driven updates are untouched, so the pinned numbers stay just as live — this only cuts idle CPU wakeups.
**HTML report density polish**: tighter stat tiles, table rows, and trend rows.
