Background and Sandboxed Commands on Windows No Longer Flash Black Windows
When working on projects with Codex on Windows, your workflow is no longer interrupted by sudden screen flashing. Previously, whenever it spawned background processes behind the scenes, black command prompt windows would often flash across the screen. Running sandboxed commands caused the same popup disruptions. Now, the flashing issue caused by popup console windows when Codex launches these background tasks has been fixed.
